No. I currently use a combination of Cursor, Claude Code, and a sophisticated Spec Driven Development Workflow. With that said, the AI landscape is constantly changing, and am always interating with the latest and greatest tools and practices.

What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

For one-time builds: 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers: billed in advance at the start of each month. Simple and predictable.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The fixed price is the final price. Hosting and domain costs are separate, but you control those directly with your own accounts (Vercel, your domain registrar, etc.).

What if my project is more complex than the MVP tier?

Book a discovery call and we'll scope it out together. If it's beyond the standard tiers, I'll provide a custom quote with a clear timeline and fixed price.

What if I need changes mid-build?

Small tweaks and refinements are expected and included. Major scope changes (new features, pivots) may extend the timeline or require a change order—but I'll always discuss this with you first.

How do we communicate during the build?

Daily async updates via Slack and Notion so you always know what's happening. Weekly sync calls are optional if you prefer face-to-face check-ins.

What do I need to provide before we start?

Your idea and requirements (we'll refine these together in Discovery). Branding assets (logo, colors) if you have them. Access to any existing accounts you want to use (Stripe, domain registrar, etc.).

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. 100%. Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of all code, assets, and IP. No licensing fees, no royalties, no strings attached. It's yours to do whatever you want with.

What do I get at the end?

Accepted Answer

Everything: the complete codebase (GitHub repo), a deployed production app, documentation, environment setup, error monitoring (Sentry), and a handoff walkthrough so you understand how it all works. You also get all of the specs and blueprints I used to build your product so you can maintain it yourself with an AI coding agent like Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
