We charge an initial deposit of 50% of the monthly amount proposed at the beginning of the work. That will be applied as a credit to your first invoice once you make a hire. If you decide not to proceed, your deposit will be completely reimbursed (minus the bank fee). This is just to filter out serious clients.

We make sure to start each engagement with a trial period of 7 days. This means that you have time to help ensure the engagement will be successful.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you won’t be billed. From there, we can either part ways, or we can provide you with another expert who may be a better fit and with whom we will begin a second, no-risk trial.

Although our talent network is globally distributed, we ensure your hires will be available to you on a working time overlap of 4 hours per day, so your internal teams can collaborate with our talent hassle-free.

Of course! As founders ourselves, we know your ideas are important to you and you should feel safe sharing as much information as possible with us so that we can do our job properly. We have a standard NDA, or if you have one of your own, we’d be happy to review it so that we can move forward talking about your project.

You! We use a work made for hire (work for hire or WFH) contract, in a work for hire contract the employer(client)—not the employee—is considered the legal author. We never save any of your code on our personal cloud or drive and we take serious precautions to make sure your code is safe and can only accessed by authorized resources.
